Ukraine sustained no losses from a cyber-attack, and all systems in the transport industry are operating stably, Ukrainian Infrastructure Minister Volodymyr Omelyan has told Channel 5, while commenting on yesterday's cyber-attack.

"In the first half of the day, we received reports from Ukraine's intelligence services about a planned cyber-attack and decided to shut down the websites for some time. Although our site withstood more than one attack and there were no threats, we decided to comply with recommendations," Omelyan said.

He also noted that there were no losses from a new attack and that all systems were operating stably.

"We cooperate with cyber police and with private companies. We are creating a reliable shield on cyber security together with experts," Omelyan said.

On October 24, cyber-attacks were reported in Ukraine by the Odesa airport, the Kyiv subway, and the Infrastructure Ministry.
