Naftogaz expects increase in natural gas production this year

He stated this during the International Conference “Oil and Gas Sector of Ukraine on the Way of Reforms, Modernization and Development”, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“This year we expect to add 600 million cubic meters to the gas balance of our state. This proceeds from the previous, zero tolerance to corruption, as Oleh Prokhorenko and the team fulfill their tasks, and they do not waste their time on looking for [corruption] schemes," Kobolev said.

According to him, the increase in gas production also depends on cooperation with international banks, which allowed raising $ 700 million at an average rate of 2%.
