Vice PM Kistion: State coalmines to be incorporated into National Coal Company

The process of creating the National Coal Company is at the final stage. Thirty-three state coalmines will be incorporated in it.
Ukrainian Vice Prime Minister Volodymyr Kistion said this in an interview with the Ekonomichna Pravda online Ukrainian newspaper, the Government portal reports.
"This process is at the final stage. The Energy and Coal Industry Ministry submitted a document on the establishment of this company to the Cabinet of Ministers two days ago [on October 9]. I think the document will be signed and published within a week or two. The company will incorporate 33 coalmines,” Kistion said.
According to him, the creation of the company will allow forming unified state policy: to conduct centralized purchases, to save UAH 1.5 billion on the administrative apparatus of coal associations.
