Ukrgasvydobuvannya reports on sixfold increase in gas production

PJSC Ukrgasvydobuvannya, Ukraine’s largest gas producing company, produced 12.1 billion cubic meters of natural gas since the beginning of 2017, the company’s press service reports.
“Since the beginning of 2017, PJSC Ukrgasvydobuvannya increased gas production by 470 million cubic meters, comparing with the same period in 2016, to 12.1 billion cubic meters of natural gas as of October 18,” reads the report.
At the same time, the output totaling 470 million cubic meters of natural gas is six times higher than the increase in gas production for the entire 2016 year.
According to the company, daily gas production rate totals 42.5 million cubic meters, which remains the highest figure over the past five years.
