Ukraine has already exported 11.7 mln tons of grains this year

Ukrinform learnt this from the department for phytosanitary security, seed production and planting control of the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection.

"In particular, more than 6.8 million tons of wheat (including over 3.8 million tons of milling wheat and almost 3 million tons of fodder wheat), over 3.3 million tons of barley, more than 1.22 million tons of corn have been exported," the statement reads.

Over 11.3 million tons of grains were exported over the same period last marketing year. In particular, 7.4 million tons of wheat (including over 3.8 million tons of milling wheat and over 3.5 million tons of fodder wheat), almost 3.4 million tons of barley, and over 0.7 million tons of corn were exported.

As of October 11, over 1.6 million tons of oilseeds were exported within the current MY, including over 1.46 million tons of rapeseed, more than 0.15 million tons of soybeans. Over 0.9 million tons of oilseeds were exported over the same period last marketing year, including almost 0.64 million tons of rapeseed and more than 0.27 million tons of soybeans.
