He said this at a meeting of the Kyiv City Council on Thursday, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
"Kyiv is 100% provided with coal reserves, and there should be no problems with its shortage," Klitschko noted.
According to him, energy-efficient measures were also implemented at the water and sewage facilities.
"The Kyiv authorities carried out almost all works to prepare the city for the heating season. We are more than 90% ready for it," the mayor of the capital said.
