Securities State Commission registers issue of Ukrzaliznytsia shares

The Securities and Stock Market State Commission (SSMSC) has decided to register the issue of PJSC Ukrzaliznytsia shares.
Deputy Infrastructure Minister Nadiya Kaznacheyeva wrote this on Facebook.
"The Securities State Commission has registered the issue of PJSC Ukzaliznytsia shares," she said.
Ukzaliznytsia Acting Board Chairman, Yevhen Kravtsov, noted that this historic event is launching a new stage of the company's reform.
"This is a historic event for our company. Today we are taking the certificate on the issue of Ukrzaliznytsia shares. A new stage of the company's reforms is beginning," Kravtsov said.
