Deputy Minister of Labour and Social Policy of the Czech Republic Tomas Petricek said this during the Economic Forum in Krynica Zdrój, Poland, the Yevropeiska Pravda online newspaper reports.
"At the moment, we have 300,000 applications from Ukrainians who want to work in the Czech Republic and about 200,000 vacancies for employment of Ukrainians. This means that the number of Ukrainian workers in the Czech Republic will grow, even though they already are the largest labour diaspora in our country," Petricek said.
According to the official, the policy of his state is aimed at facilitating the employment of Ukrainians.
