Government approves construction of new passenger terminal at Zaporizhzhia Airport – city mayor

The Cabinet of Ministers at today’s meeting has adopted a resolution on approving the design estimation documentation for the construction of a new passenger terminal at Zaporizhzhia International Airport.
Zaporizhzhia Mayor Volodymyr Buriak wrote this on his Facebook page.
He stressed that this resolution allows that construction works can be launched as early as in the current year.
"The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved the resolution on approving the design estimation documentation for the construction of a passenger terminal at Zaporizhzhia airport. This allows us to begin construction works this year. There are all opportunities to do this,” the mayor of Zaporizhzhia wrote.
He also stressed that there are enough funds in the city budget of Zaporizhzhia for the construction of this passenger terminal.
