Poland interested in close cooperation with Ukraine in gas sector

The Polish side is interested in a close cooperation with Ukraine in the development of gas service between two countries in order to increase gas supplies.
Representative of the Polish Government on the development of the strategic energy infrastructure Piotr Naimski said this during the Economic Forum in Krynica-Zdrój, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
"The Polish side wants to have the closest possible cooperation with Ukrtransgaz, and the Polish operator Gaz-System is in constant contact with the Ukrainian company regarding the development of gas service at the Hermanowice gas hub in order to increase gas supplies from 1.5 billion cubic meters to 6 or maybe 7 billion cubic meters of gas per year," he said.
