Deposit Guarantee Fund last week sold assets of 33 insolvent banks

The Deposit Guarantee Fund last week sold assets of 33 insolvent banks for the sum of UAH 136 million, the fund’s press service reports.
“Last week, the assets of 33 banks, which are in the management of the Deposit Guarantee Fund, were sold for the sum of UAH 136.00 million,” the statement said.
In particular, UAH 90.56 million was received in repayment of the fund creditors' claims, UAH 30.03 million from the sale of main banks’ assets. Also, UAH 0.54 million was received from the sale of banks’ property, UAH 14.82 million - from the sale of "securities/corporate rights” group assets, and UAH 0.05 from the sale of other assets.
