Infrastructure Minister Omelian: Low-cost domestic airline may appear in Ukraine in 2018

"We’ve never said that it will be a state-run [company]. It could be a private Ukrainian or foreign company that is ready to create a low-cost airline in Ukraine with registration in order to perform domestic flights. Negotiations are under way,” the minister told journalists on Tuesday, August 29, an Ukrinform correspondent reported.

At the same time, he hasn’t told the name of a foreign partner.
