Poroshenko: Local budgets increase by many times due to decentralization

President Petro Poroshenko assures that local budgets have increased by many times as a result of decentralization and have become real mechanisms for changes in territorial communities.
He stated this during the opening of the repaired strategic bridge of more than 200m in length across Siverskyi Donets River in Kharkiv region, where he is on a working trip, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
"The budgets of territorial communities have grown by many times and have turned from cash payment offices to real mechanisms for changes in territorial communities," the Head of State said.
