Vice PM Zubko: 23,800 residential buildings in Ukraine still without heat metering devices

At present there are 23,800 residential buildings in Ukraine that still need to be equipped with heat metering devices.
Vice Prime Minister – Minister for Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Utilities Hennadiy Zubko wrote this on his Facebook page.
“Donetsk, Odesa, Poltava, Zaporizhzhia and Luhansk regions have the largest number of residential buildings unequipped [with heat metering devices]. They are almost outsiders of this process," Zubko said stressed.
