Supreme Administrative Court: Bank Khreschatyk liquidated illegally

The Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine upheld court rulings on the illegal liquidation of PJSC Central Bank Khreschatyk, FinClub reports.
The Supreme Administrative Court decided to leave unchanged the ruling by the Kyiv District Administrative Court as of January 19 and the ruling by the Kyiv Administrative Court of Appeal as of April 20, which recognized unlawful and abolished the decision by the National Bank of Ukraine to assign Khreschatyk Bank to the insolvent category.
As earlier reported, the NBU on April 5 declared Bank Khreschatyk insolvent, and the Deposit Guarantee Fund introduced temporary administration.
