Ecology Ministry intends to develop new Subsoil Code until December 2017

The Ecology and Natural Resources Ministry plans to develop a new edition of the Subsoil Code until December 2017. A special group on the development of the Code will be established until August 1.
The newly created Committee on Subsoil Use Issues approved this decision at its meeting on July 27, the press service of the Employers' Fund of Ukraine informs.
"Until August 1, a working group on the development of a new edition of the Subsoil Code will be established on the basis of the Employers' Fund of Ukraine. The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources intends to develop the Code until December 2017, as planned in the schedule of the ministry’s legislative work,” reads the report.
