Cabinet of Ministers liquidates Concern Antonov

This has been stipulated in a government’s resolution, No.546, as of July 19, 2017.

According to the resolution, a special commission will be created to manage the process of the concern’s liquidation. Deputy Economic Development and Trade Minister Yuriy Brovchenko will head the commission, which will consist of eight members, including Brovchenko.

Concern Antonov was established in 2008. It included state-owned enterprise Antonov, Kharkiv State Aircraft Manufacturing Company (KSAMC) and the state-owned Civil Aviation Plant 410 (Kyiv),
