Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman has outlined five priorities in the process of decentralization in Ukraine, speaking at the All-Ukrainian Forum on the Introduction of Decentralization in Ukraine.

"We need to complete the process of uniting territorial communities, to develop an optimal model of decentralization, to jointly implement the reforms of education, medicine and cultural environment. The fourth priority is local economic development. We need to use investment tools. The fifth priority is to involve citizens in decision making process.
