Local budgets grow by 33% – Ukrainian Prime Minister

During the first half of 2017, the local budgets grew by an average of 33%, compared to the same period last year.

Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman said this at the Cabinet’s meeting, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

"The increase in revenues to the general fund of local budgets amounted to 33% against January-June 2016, that is, the local budgets increased on the average by 33%," the PM said.

At the same time, Groysman recalled that such an increase had been planned at the level of 25% when the state budget for 2017 had been drafted.
