PM Groysman: Investment in Ukraine’s agriculture grows by almost 60%

The capital investment in the Ukrainian agriculture sector in the first quarter of this year increased by 57.9% or UAH 10.9 billion.

Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman said this at the Cabinet’s meeting, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

"In January-March, 2017, the capital investment in the agriculture sector increased by 57.9% or UAH 10.9 billion, showing a positive signal," Groysman said.

At the same time, the export of agricultural products increased by 31.4% and amounted to $7.5 billion.
