Ukroboronprom raises arms exports by 25%

State-run Ukroboronprom Concern managed to increase the export of Ukrainian arms by 25% in 2016.  

Deputy General Director for Ukroboronprom development, Artur Kheryvimov stated this at a press conference at Kherson Regional State Administration on Monday evening, July 17, an Ukrinform correspondent reported.

“Over the past year, we [Ukroboronprom] increased our exports by 25% - from $570 million to $770 million," said Kheryvimov.

According to him, this result has been achieved "thanks to comprehensive cooperation, comprehensive work in international markets with our international partners."
