Minister Omelian: Infrastructure Ministry against extension of contract with Balczun

Infrastructure Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Omelian says he is against renewal of the contract with PJSC Ukrzaliznytsia CEO Wojciech Balczun.
“I hope that the decision will be unanimous that the contract will not be extended. The Infrastructure Ministry is totally against the further stay of Mr. Balczun on the post…,” the minister said, an Ukrinform correspondent reported.
As earlier reported, the contract with Wojciech Balczun expired on June 5, 2017. At the same time, Balczun stated that he is ready to continue managing the company, if the contract is prolonged.
