Infrastructure Ministry promises to present Ukraine’s transport strategy until 2030 in a month
This was announced by representative of the Effective Regulation Office Taras Slobodianiuk at the meeting on the creation of a working group at the Infrastructure Ministry of Ukraine today, May 15.
"We have about a month to review the comments [from the NGOs]. That is, a month later the process of discussion will be closed and the strategy will be forwarded to other agencies for approval," Slobodianiuk said.
According to him, more than 50 official comments, which can be included in the strategy upon review, were received.
The working groups will be established for five main areas of the strategy: public administration (including institutional reform of the Infrastructure Ministry); integration of the Ukrainian transport system into the world transport network and raising its standards; financing for the sector development; transport safety, including environmental; mobility and interregional integration.
