Ukraine consumed 14 bcm of natural gas in January-April 2017

Ukraine consumed 14 billion cubic meters (bcm) of natural gas in January-April 2017, the press service of the state-run gas transport company Ukrtransgaz reports.
“Over four months of the current year, Ukraine's total consumption [of natural gas] amounted to 14 billion cubic meters, which fully meets the figures of the previous year," reads the report.
Also, Ukrtransgaz noted that 6.7 billion cubic meters of natural gas was taken from domestic gas storage facilities during the heating season, which is by 21% less compared with the same period last year.
