VR backs resolution to dismiss State Property Fund head

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has approved a resolution to dismiss Ihor Bilous as head of the State Property Fund.
A total of 242 MPs voted in favor of the relevant decision, an Ukrinform correspondent reported.
“To dismiss Ihor Olehovych Bilous from the post of chairman of the State Property Fund of Ukraine at his own request,” reads the resolution.
As Ukrinform earlier reported, Bilous on April 10 stated he had submitted a letter of resignation.
On April 12, the parliamentary committee on economic policy endorsed the resignation of Ihor Bilous.
Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman noted that the resignation of Bilous was a result of his inefficient work.
