Government supports Justice Ministry’s draft resolution on amending the system of registration

The Cabinet of Ministers supported a draft resolution, developed by the Justice Ministry, to change the terms of registration of legal entities, individual entrepreneurs and public organizations, the government’s website reports.
It is noted that the introduced amendments "will bring the regulations of this document in line with the current legislation and the procedure for implementing resolution No.1133 by state registrars."
The government’s press service informs that the purpose of these amendments is to improve the quality of rendering administrative services in the sphere of state registration of legal entities, individual entrepreneurs and public organizations, to shorten the terms of these service, and to increase revenues to the national budget, minimize corruption risks, what will enable Ukraine to improve its position in Doing Business ranking.
