Ukrposhta wants to bring Amazon to Ukraine

JSC Ukrainian Postal Service (Ukrposhta) plans to bring Amazon to Ukrainian market.
Director General of Ukrposhta Ihor Smeliansky said this on the air of Channel 5.
"Now we really want to bring Amazon to our country. Currently, we are working with our partners, and this process takes some time since it deals with the international mail flows. We are ready in terms of logistics, but we have to conclude the international agreements as we intend to work with the U.S. mail. It is a large monopolist, and they do not move too fast. The other issues include cooperation with our customs authorities as the customs should increase the staff to ship these goods," Smeliansky said.
He noted that Amazon might come to Ukraine by the end of 2017.
