Minister Nasalyk to initiate prohibition of anthracite imports from Russia

Energy and Coal Industry Ministry of Ukraine will initiate prohibition of Grade “A” coal imports from the territory of the Russian Federation.
Energy and Coal Industry Minister of Ukraine Ihor Nasalyk said this to journalists, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
"I will submit for consideration of the Government the order on prohibition of Grade “A” coal imports from the territory of Russia. The scheme, which is planned now, stipulates that coal will be transported via the same routes but this will be two times more expensive. We should not approve this," Nasalyk said.
