Quality pharmaceutical products of India will allow Ukraine to save money on drug imports.
Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of India to Ukraine Manoj Kumar Bharti has stated this at a press conference in Kyiv, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
"I continue to repeat the Ukrainian Government and the Health Ministry that the import of quality pharmaceutical products from India to Ukraine is for the benefit of the Ukrainian state budget. For Ukraine, it will be very profitable to import more and more pharmaceutical products from India as they are tested and passed all the necessary quality checks," the ambassador said.
As we know, Ukrainian imports of Indian pharmaceutical products declined from $500 million to $115 million for the past three years.
