Guarantee Fund this week plans to sell insolvent banks’ assets worth over UAH 2 bln

The Ukrainian Deposit Guarantee Fund this week is planning to sell insolvent banks’ assets worth UAH 2.183 billion, the fund's press service reports.

“The sale of assets of 41 insolvent banks, for a total amount of UAH 2,183.04 million, has been scheduled for the current week,” reads a report.

According to the Ukrainian Deposit Guarantee Fund, it is expected to recover UAH 1,985.02 million for the sale of loan receivables, UAH 188.91 million - for the sale of the fixed assets of banks which are being dissolved. In addition, account payables to the banks have been put up for sale for UAH 9.11 million.

As a reminder, the Ukrainian Deposit Guarantee Fund last week sold insolvent banks' assets worth UAH 10.74 million.
