PrivatBank repaid UAH 2.385 bln of NBU refinancing

PrivatBank since January 1, 2017 has paid off UAH 2.385 billion of funds received as refinancing credits from the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) and paid UAH 215.752 million of interest.
This is stated in a press release available to Ukrinform.
“From January 1, 2017, PrivatBank carried out another scheduled repayment of NBU refinancing credits worth UAH 2,384,615,385 and paid off UAH 215,752,039 of interest,” reads a statement.
According to Deputy Board Chairman of PrivatBank Halyna Pakhachuk, current general amount of refinancing credits issued by NBU to PrivatBank total UAH 15.516 billion.
