Ukrinform
DCH Group, owned by Ukrainian businessman Oleksandr Yaroslavsky, has declared its willingness to take Odesa Port Plant on lease, according to a statement published on the company's website.

“Considering the fact that the management of Odesa Port Plant in cooperation with the Ukrainian State Property Fund is looking for companies interested in taking a long-term lease of the entire asset package, DCH Group confirms its interest in the said asset package. Our successful experience in developing an enterprise in a related industry (Azot Cherkasy PJSC) provides strong evidence of DCH Group's required competence, organizational and resource potential. The lease of Odesa Port Plant will enable us to thoroughly study the plant's economic mechanism and choose the optimal ways for its modernization,” the report states.

Currently, DCH Group's specialists are making a formal request to the Ukrainian State Property Fund to give documentary evidence of the company's readiness to take Odesa Port Plant on lease.
