Cabinet approves funding of regional projects in amount of EUR 23 million from EU

The Government has introduced a mechanism for financing of the regional development projects at the expense of the first tranche of the EU aid in the amount of 23 million euros for the sector budget support.
Vice Prime Minister - Minister of Regional Development, Construction and Housing Hennady Zubko informed this on Facebook after the government’s meeting.
"Today, the Government introduced another mechanism for financing of the regional development projects at the expense of the first tranche of the EU aid in the amount of 23 million euros for the sector budget support," Zubko said.
He recalled that seven days ago the European Commission adopted a decision on the allocation of the first tranche.
