The funds allocated by the International Monetary Fund (IMF) to Ukraine over the last six months are currently in the foreign currency reserves of Ukraine.

Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman said this during Shuster.Live talk show on 3S.tv, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

"Over the last six months our Government has received a $1 billion tranche from the International Monetary Fund. Where the money was spent? The money was transferred to foreign currency reserves of our country,” Groysman said.

He assured that these funds are now untouchable as they keep the stability of Ukraine’s national currency.
