PM Groysman: Increase in salaries and pensions depends on economic growth

Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman says that education sphere remains one of the key priories of Government.
He stated this at a meeting with participants in the protest action carried out by teachers, the government’s website reports.
In particular, according to the prime minister, the government plans to raise salaries of teachers by 30% in 2017, while expenditures for student grants will be increased by UAH 0.6 billion.
At the same time, Prime Minister Groysman stressed that a rise in salaries and social standards depends on the economic growth in the country.
