Ukraine imports record amount of gas from Slovakia

October 22, Ukraine imported a record amount of 42.016 million cubic meters of natural gas from Slovakia.
This is reported by DT.UA portal, citing the press service of PJSC Ukrtransgaz.
The previous largest imports from Slovakia for the 26-month history of reverse gas flows were recorded on October 21 (41.859 million cubic meters) and October 5 (41.627 million cubic meters).
The application for gas imports of October 23 also exceeds 42 million cubic meters.
In general, Ukraine imported 1.077 billion cubic meters of gas from Europe during October 1-22, including 897.5 million cubic meters from Slovakia, 92.8 million cubic meters from Poland, and 869.0 million cubic meters from Hungary.
