Ukrainian-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry opens in Kyiv on October 11
The forum is expected to cover five major subjects: manufacturing industry, infrastructure and logistics, innovations and digital world, renewable energy and energy efficiency, agricultural industry and food products.
The German side will be represented by State Secretary at the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy State Secretary Matthias Machnig and State Secretary at the Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure Rainer Bomba.
The Ukrainian side will be represented by Minister of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Utilities Services of Ukraine Hennadiy Zubko, Ukrainian Infrastructure Minister Volodymyr Omelian, First Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade Yuliia Kovaliv, Ukrainian Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade - Trade Representative of Ukraine Nataliya Mykolska and others.
The forum program includes panel discussions, as well as B2B and B2G meetings with German and Ukrainian government officials and businessmen.
A reminder that an agreement on establishing the Ukrainian-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry was signed in October 2015. The chamber's purpose is to promote trade and economic relations between Ukrainian and German enterprises and organizations, as well as economic exchange between the two countries.
