PM Groysman: Government to submit draft state budget this week

“I’d like to share government’s plans for this week with you. Government will submit a draft national budget for 2017 as soon as this week. I stress that this will be a fair budget with clear revenues and spending,” Groysman wrote on his Facebook page.

According to him, Government “launches new priorities – defense and security, maintaining decentralization, road construction, a program on energy efficiency, support for agrarians and farmers so that they can have an opportunity to produce a qualitative national product”.

“Another important task is support of teachers. This year we will start the process of raising salaries for Ukrainian teachers,” the prime minister added.
