Number of bread baking companies growing in Ukraine

This year a number of people wishing to start bread baking business significantly increased compared with the previous year, Rostyslav Kukurudz, the Chairman of the Guild of Private Bread Bakers and Confectioners told an Ukrinform correspondent in Ivano-Frankivsk at Bread Festival.
“The development of our industry is taking place. Earlier, I noted that unfortunately our companies were decreasing in their number, but at present the number of people wishing to start bread baking business has grown since the beginning of the year, and I note the renaissance of our industry,” Rostyslav Kukurudz said.
Bread Festival was held in Ivano-Frankivsk on September 10-11. A total of 15 companies of various property took part in the event.
