Ukrainian Finance Minister outlines budget revenues and expenditure for 2017

Ukrainian Finance Minister Oleksandr Danylyuk has stated that the revenues of the budget’s general fund in 2017 will amount to UAH 785.5 billion while expenditure is expected to be UAH 851.6 billion.
The Minister stated this in an interview with the Ekonomichna Pravda online newspaper.
"The revenues of the budget’s general fund will be UAH 785.5 billion, the expenditure will be UAH 851.6 billion," Danylyuk said.
According to the Minister, the budget is calculated on the basis of the fact that the Government steps up the pace of reforms next year.
"We discuss the pace of reforms with every minister. Moreover, we are changing the approach to budgeting by funding only those areas which are or will be reformed," Danylyuk said.
