Ukrzaliznytsia sees UAH 1.5 bln of net profit in H1 2016

PJSC Ukrzaliznytsia, Ukraine’s railway operator, received UAH 1.5 billion of net profit in January-June 2016, the company’s press service reports.
“In the first six months of 2016, PJSC Ukrzaliznytsia saw UAH 1.5 billion of net profit (including private joint stock companies),” reads a report.
At the same time, the company paid UAH 6.9 billion of taxes over the first six months of 2016.
The company also paid UAH 2.5 billion to the state budget, and UAH 4.4 billion to the state target fund and local budget.
“PJSC Ukrzaliznytsia on timely basis and in line with the effective legislation pays current taxes and obligatory payments to the budget and state target funds,” the company’s press service reports.
