First Vice Prime Minister, Economic Development and Trade Minister Stepan Kubiv said this at a government meeting on Wednesday, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“At present we have positive results of the system work, the amount of government savings has exceeded UAH 2.5 billion, and we expect that we will receive UAH 5 billion by the end of the year,” Kubiv said.
He also noted that 7, 000 public customers and 23,000 suppliers work in the system.
"The implementation of any reform is the most important part, so we have developed a range of measures aimed at a comfortable transition of customers to the system,” Kubiv said.
Earlier, the ministry reported that the ProZorro e-procurement system will give an opportunity to save from UAH 40 to 50 billion in 2017.
