General Electric to supply engines to Antonov State Enterprise

On July 21, the U.S. General Electric Corporation and Ukraine’s Antonov State Plant signed a Memorandum of Cooperation envisaging supplies of engines and aviation systems for the Ukrainian company, the press service of the Ukrainian Infrastructure Ministry reports.
“GE and Antonov State Plant signed a Memorandum aimed at launching cooperation between the two companies and the use of GE up-to-date technologies for the development of Ukraine’s aviation,” reads a report.
The implementation of the memorandum will promote further enlargement and modernization of aircraft fleet of Antonov State Enterprise.
