Economic Ministry: Revenues from privatization of state-owned companies made only UAH 47 mln

Revenues from the privatization of state-owned enterprises totaled UAH 47 million in the first six months of 2016.
Ukrainian First Deputy Economic Development and Trade Minister Yulia Kovaliv said this at a press conference in Kyiv, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“Revenues from the privatization totaled only UAH 47 million in the first six month. Taking into account the number of state-run companies that we have today, we should accelerative the process of privatization by several times. First of all, this concerns the privatization of small and medium-sized facilities,” she said.
