Finance Ministry developing key performance indicators for State Fiscal Service

The Ukrainian Finance Ministry in cooperation with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the Institute of Tax Reforms is working on the development of key performance indicators (KPI) for the State Fiscal Service, according to the Finance Ministry’s press service. 

"The meeting was held to determine key performance indicators (KPI) for the State Fiscal Service. The meeting was attended by advisor to the finance minister, head of the ministry’s project office of reforms Yana Buhrymova, advisor to the finance minister Pavlo Kuhta, representatives of the IMF, the Institute of Tax Reforms and the office of the State Fiscal Service reforms. The Finance Ministry is actively working to accelerate the process of reforms of the State Fiscal Service so as to restart the system of interaction between taxpayers and government agencies that will be based on the principles of openness and transparency,” reads a report.

Also, during the meeting the sides discussed and presented the groundwork that will provide the basis for a future list of key performance indicators for the State Fiscal Service.
