Final text of memorandum with IMF does not exist – PM Groysman

The final text of the memorandum with the IMF does not exist, Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman wrote on his Facebook page.
"I clearly state that the final text of the memorandum with the IMF does not exist. I believe that publishing of a fake document is a direct attempt to discredit our cooperation with the IMF, as well as an attempt to threaten economic stability in the country. The draft memorandum is being written and when it is ready, we will make a clear statement about the fact," premier noted.
Groysman also said that the main objectives of the Cabinet are economic growth and enforcement of social justice. "Our priority remains a transition from a raw-material based economy to a high value-added economy and I am convinced that Ukraine can achieve it," he said.
