Ukraine Government forecasts 2017 budget deficit to reach three percent of GDP

The Cabinet of Ministers forecasts the 2017 budget deficit will not exceed 3 percent of GDP, according to the draft plan of Government’s priority efforts in 2016, government portal site reports.
"The state budget deficit: in 2017 will reach 3 percent of GDP," the document says.
In addition, the Cabinet expects that in 2018 the budget deficit will total 2.5 percent of GDP, and in 2019 - 2.3 percent of GDP.
Earlier, the Cabinet had stated that the maximum level of the budget deficit in 2016 will not exceed 3.7 percent of GDP.
