The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) has lowered its growth forecast of foreign currency reserves to $18.7 billion by the end of 2016.

NBU Chairperson Valeria Gontareva said this at a press conference on Thursday, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.

“Today the NBU board has revised the growth forecast of international currency reserves from $19.6 billion to $18.7 billion by the end of this year,” Gontareva stressed.

According to her, the change of forecast is made due to a delay in revision of the IMF program.
