Zubko: EU to allocate 97 mln euros to support decentralization in Ukraine

The European Union plans to allocate 97 million euros to support decentralization reforms in Ukraine.
Ukraine’s Vice Prime Minister, Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Utilities Minister Hennadiy Zubko said during an hour of questions to the government, an Ukrinform correspondent reports.
“The memorandum and agreement with the European Union on the assistance worth 97 million euros has been drawn up,” he said.
According to him, the main part of funds will be spent on the training of chairmen of consolidated territorial communities and employees, who will work at executive committees, and on the development of about 600 centers on rendering administrative services.
