Tax Code should be amended by June 1, says Nasirov

The State Fiscal Service press office told Ukrinform with a reference to the service head, Roman Nasirov.

“According to the State Fiscal Service head, the top-priority task of the service for 2016 is the continuation of work on tax reform. This year it is necessary to approve a range of amendments to the Tax Code, which will enable to avoid ambiguous interpretations of some regulations. In addition, it is necessary to return to the last-year practices on the issues of tax operation for their further legislative implementation,” reads a report, issued following a meeting of the State Fiscal Service head with members of the European business association.

In addition, Nasirov stressed that amendments to the Tax Code should be adopted by June 1.
